You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

* The shoes are unused and unworn.
* The product is in its original condition.
* Original shoe box, tags, accessories and packaging are intact.
* The product has not been damaged after delivery.
* The product is returned with all items originally included in the package.

4. Once your request is approved, we will arrange or guide you through the return shipment.

3. Exchange Policy

* You can request a size exchange within 15 days of delivery.
* Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
* If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose an eligible alternative or request a refund.
* The exchanged product must meet the same unused and original-condition requirements.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that our team can investigate and assist you.

Eligible cases will be resolved through a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate.

5. Return Shipping Charges
